CK Collection is looking for a confident, creative and outgoing multi-tasker; who enjoys contributing to an efficient retail operation, offering top-rate customer service, and achieving sales results. We need a go getter attitude!

This individual shows consistency in their day-to-day performance as a team player who will assist in contributing to sales, merchandising products, maintaining store standards, and working one on one with clients. The ideal candidate would be detail-oriented and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, high sales driven environment; all while providing a 5-star customer service experience for our clients. Preferred previous experience in customer service, retail, marketing and an interest in fashion.

Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Fashion & styling services – providing clients with honest feedback about style & fit
• Sales associates must arrive for shifts appropriately and fashionably dressed
• Build and maintain client relationships through one of a kind customer service
• Increase sales and profitability through customer satisfaction
• Stocking / Merchandising
• Meeting both individual and team goals
• Open and closing duties
• Clean and maintain proper store appearance and workspace
• Preparing merchandise (tagging, cleaning, steaming, polishing, spot cleaning, etc.)
• Special projects
• Assisting with general store support
• Following CK Collection's guidelines and procedures
